JustSocialPanel delivers social-media services digitally — there is no physical shipping. Delivery starts as soon as the provider picks up your order, which for most services is within 0–6 hours of payment.
Every service lists its typical start time and daily speed on the order form. These are estimates from the provider: during peak load or platform updates, start times can stretch. An order that shows “In progress” is being delivered and cannot be edited.
Drip-feed orders deliver in the intervals you configure until the full quantity is reached. If a provider cannot complete an order, it is marked “Partial” and the undelivered portion is refunded to your panel balance automatically.
Make sure the link or username you enter is correct and the account or post is public. Orders placed on private, deleted, renamed or region-locked targets cannot be delivered and are not refundable once sent to the provider.

Each service on the Services page carries its own rate, minimum and maximum order, average completion time and refill guarantee. Read the description before ordering — the description is part of the contract for that service.
Social platforms clean up inactive accounts from time to time, so small drops are normal. Services marked “refill” are re-filled free of charge within the stated guarantee window — open a refill request from the Orders page. Services without a guarantee are delivered as-is.
You may not use the panel for anything illegal, deceptive or against the rules of the target platform. We may cancel orders and suspend accounts that abuse the service, without refund.
All payments are processed by the payment methods shown on the Add Funds page and are credited to your panel balance. Orders are charged from that balance at the moment they are placed.
If an order cannot be delivered — fully or partially — the undelivered part is refunded to your panel balance automatically. Balance is not withdrawn to a bank account or card; it is spent on future orders.
No refund is due when an order fails because of a wrong link, a private or renamed account, a deleted post, or a change you made while the order was running. Orders already marked “Completed” are final.
Opening a payment dispute or chargeback after funds were credited results in immediate account suspension and cancellation of running orders. If something looks wrong with a payment, open a ticket first — we fix legitimate issues quickly.
